This page plays the animation in-browser over WebSocket. Raw terminal mode can still be exposed on your bonus port and viewed with ncat host 2323.

Tip: wire Apache to proxy /ascii-depth/ws to the local websocket server, then keep the telnet/Ncat port separate for the nerd route.
